On behalf of the board of directors of a major French hotel chain, during the convivial moment preceding the lunch break, we presented two rarities of the French vineyard from our secret cellar... in harmony with two truffled delicacies. Without taking precedence over the professional exchanges resulting from the meeting, this oenological interlude allowed us to awaken the spirits and taste buds at the best moment.
